Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order? Click, cart, checkout. It is that easy. Browse the shop, pick your drip, and follow the checkout prompts. We accept most major cards and a few digital wallets because we are modern like that.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If your order has not shipped yet, email us at help@chronicallygay.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it leaves the building. Once it is out the door, it is yours to love or return.

Do you ship internationally? No. We keep it domestic within the continental United States. That means no Alaska, Hawaii, territories, APO or FPO addresses, or PO Boxes. We like our shipping drama free.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times? Some items ship free because we are feeling generous. Others are calculated based on weight, size, and how far they have to travel. You will see the exact rate at checkout. Most orders arrive within three to seven business days after shipping.

Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order ships, you will get a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier info from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Click the link, stalk your package, and get excited.

What time do orders ship out? Orders placed before two PM Eastern Time may ship the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an extra one to two business days.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and a few other secure options. No IOUs, no bartering, no vibes as currency. Just real payments.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Shopify powers our checkout and encrypts everything. We never see or store your card info. Your secrets are safe with us.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? You have thirty days from delivery to decide if it is a forever thing. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Some things like sale items, gift cards, and personal care products are final sale. Full details live on our return policy page. 

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Email us at help@chronicallygay.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we will send you a return label and instructions. We do not offer direct exchanges. Just return and reorder if you want something else.

Do you offer refunds? How long do they take? Yes we do. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within ten business days to your original payment method. If it has been more than fifteen business days since your refund was approved and you have not seen the money, email us at help@chronicallygay.com and we will look into it. What if my package is marked delivered but I did not receive it? First, contact the carrier USPS, UPS, or FedEx using your tracking number. If they cannot resolve it, email us at help@chronicallygay.com within two business days of the marked delivery date. We will help figure it out.

Product Info

What size should I order? We include a sizing guide on each product page. If you are between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing up. Comfort is queer culture.

What materials are your products made from? Soft, breathable, and built to last. We list fabric details on each product page so you know exactly what is hugging your body.

Are your items handmade or custom? All designs are custom created in house. And the products themselves are sourced and made using our specifications. You won't find this exact item anywhere else! We do not offer personalized or made to order items just yet, but we are always evolving.

Account & Support

Do I need an account to order? No. But if you want to track orders, manage returns, or feel fancy, creating an account makes it easier.

How can I contact customer support? Email us at help@chronicallygay.com. We usually respond within one to two business days unless we are busy being fabulous.
