Shipping policy

Chronically Gay currently ships only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping Eligibility

  • Orders must be delivered to a physical address within the 48 contiguous states.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on Chronically Gay’s discretion. Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, destination, and service availability.

Processing Time & Cutoff

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During holidays or peak seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free or included shipping may be offered on select products or promotions. If applicable, this will be clearly stated at checkout or on the product page.

  • For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery distance. Final rates will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking Details

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • The carrier's name (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

  • A link to check your order status and track delivery progress

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or peak seasons.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Contact the carrier directly (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) using your tracking number to initiate a claim or investigation.

  2. If the issue is not resolved, please contact us at help@chronicallygay.com within 2 business days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with you to determine next steps.
