Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@chronicallygay.com. Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 2 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
